Done-for-you builds

Website design for spiritual entrepreneurs

We design and build websites for healers, coaches, readers, and guides, with the offer strategy, the funnel, and the automations included, so the site isn't a brochure. It's the working front door of a business that runs.

Most website design for spiritual entrepreneurs stops at aesthetics: a calming palette, the right imagery, a site that feels like you. That matters, and it's not the reason a practice grows. The sites that actually book clients pair that feeling with structure: one clear offer per page, a real path from first visit to booked call, and follow-up that doesn't depend on you remembering to send it. We build both halves as one thing.

The deeper problem we solve isn't design at all. It's that spiritual work resists commodity framing, and "a session" undersells what actually happens in it, so most practitioners either underprice, overexplain, or hide. The build starts with offer strategy for exactly this reason: naming what you do, for whom, at what promise, before a single pixel is placed.

Who this is for

One build, shaped to the work you do.

Healers & practitioners

A site that books sessions without you chasing DMs: clear offers, real scheduling, follow-up that runs itself.

Coaches & guides

A funnel that carries someone from first contact to enrolled client, with your voice intact at every step.

Readers & intuitives

Offer pages that price and present intangible work credibly, so the right people say yes before the call.

Teachers & community builders

A home for the body of work, from courses to community to letters, that doesn't fragment across five platforms.

What's included

The site, the offer behind it, the systems underneath.

  • Offer strategy: your offers named, priced, and promised clearly before design begins.
  • Brand direction: look and voice decided with you and approved before production.
  • The website: designed and built, mobile-first, fast, accessible, and structured so search engines and AI assistants can actually read and cite it.
  • The funnel: opt-in, sales page, checkout, and the email sequences that carry someone between them.
  • Automations: booking, follow-up, and delivery connected so nothing depends on your memory.
  • Ownership: every account, domain, and credential handed to you at launch, stored in your encrypted vault.

How the engagement runs, stage by stage, is public: seven stages, one plan, nothing hidden. What it costs, and what anything in this market costs, is also public: the honest pricing guide.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Do you only work with spiritual businesses?

No. We build for coaches, consultants, creators, and expert-led companies broadly. But spiritual entrepreneurs are a core client group, and the work is different enough (voice, imagery, offers that resist commodity framing) that it deserves its own page.

What do I actually get?

A complete build: offer strategy, brand direction, the website itself, the funnel behind it (opt-in, sales page, checkout, email sequences), and the automations that connect them. You review and approve everything in a client portal, and you own every account and credential at handoff.

What does a build cost?

A full build is $5,000, stated in public because the agencies that hide their pricing are usually hiding their scope too. If you want us alongside you while it deploys, the Quarter is $8,000 for 12 weeks: the build plus a consulting retainer. Month one we inventory your offers, automations, and content pillars, then deploy and refine together. The application determines which fits.

How long does a build take?

Most builds move through our seven stages in weeks, not months. The pace depends mostly on how quickly you can review and approve. The building itself runs on one plan with visible status the whole way.

Can you work with what I already have?

Yes. Many clients arrive with an existing site, a half-built funnel, or a brand they love. We keep what works, rebuild what doesn't, and connect it into one system instead of a pile of tools.

Why is it by application?

Because the build includes strategy, and strategy only works when the offer is real. The application qualifies you for a readiness call, and that call is a real gate. It tells us both whether we're the right builders for what you're making and whether the business is ready to feed what we'd build. If the honest answer is not yet, we'll point you to the Mastermind ($2,500, idea to launch in 12 weeks) or the Creator Coven ($47/month) instead of selling you scope you can't use.
